What does it cost to join?
Basic membership is completely free. Premium membership is just $6.99/month or $59.99/year and gives you access to bigger savings and exclusive perks.
What’s the difference between Basic and Premium membership?
Basic (Free): Access to members-only specials, recipes, store locator, and updates.
Premium ($6.99/month or $59.99/year): All Basic benefits plus 10% off every in-store purchase*, exclusive giveaways, premium-only deals, early access to promotions, and more.
* The 10% discount applies to full-priced items only. It excludes specials, marked-down items, and reward redemptions.
What is a Family Membership?
Premium members can nominate one other person (e.g. a partner or family member) to access the same benefits using the same membership account. That’s up to two people per membership.
How do I use my 10% discount in-store?
Simply show your membership barcode in the app at checkout and the discount will be applied automatically.
Does the 10% discount apply to everything?
The 10% discount applies to full-priced items only. It excludes specials, marked-down items, and reward redemptions.
How do I upgrade from Basic to Premium?
Log into your account via The Butcher Club app, tap “Upgrade to Premium,” and choose your billing option – monthly or yearly.
Can I cancel my Premium membership?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through the app. Your membership will stay active until the end of the current billing period.
